facilities in Northern California. Consulting

over the years. These include both water and
wastewater for municipal, private and industrial
customers. Phillips & Associates has

Primarily Northern
California for O&M work. Projects and consulting
work may sometimes extend out some distance.
Because we specialize in smaller facilities it
is advantageous for us to cluster similar
projects together to maintain cost-effective
utilization of skilled resources. |

We have facilities
under contract in Northern California, primarily
in the North and East San Francisco Bay area,
Sacramento Valley area and some points further
north and south. Our corporate home office is
located in Napa, California. |

constantly on the lookout for skilled technical
personnel. Retirees or people who want part-time
