At an unincorporated coastal community of nearly
1000 people, Phillips & Associates provides full
turn-key management, operations and maintenance
services for the community’s wastewater
collection system, pumping stations, treatment
plant and effluent disposal. This community is
located in an environmentally sensitive
watershed area which flows into the Pacific
Ocean. Phillips & Associates has successfully
served this community since the late nineties.
Mountain Residential
At an unincorporated mountain community some 200
homes, Phillips & Associates provides full
turn-key management, operations and maintenance
services for both the community’s water system
and wastewater system. Services include meter
reading, service starts and stops, well
maintenance, treatment plants, generation
plants, pipelines and all other utilities. With
several years experience with this community
several water conservation and service
improvement have been made including a new
tiered rate structure to recognize conservation.
Wine Country Resorts
Phillips & Associates provides operations and
maintenance services for both water and
wastewater treatment. These services include
operational oversight, laboratory sampling and
analysis, and regulatory reporting. The
challenge with these types of facilities is the
widely fluctuating flows and loads exhibited by
seasonal, event and holiday uses.
Wineries
The need for high quality water demands
exceptional water treatment systems. Winemakers
are fussy about water quality and how it may
affect their wine. Phillips & Associates
operates advanced water treatment systems to
provide ultra pure water, with no residual
chlorine or chemicals for the wineries.
Processes include coagulation, filtration,
reverse osmosis and ultra violet light
disinfection.
Industrial
With flows of 225,000 gallons per day this
poultry processor represents the industrial
segment of Phillips & Associates capabilities.
Services include operational and management
oversight for the on-site staff. Regulatory
reporting and compliance is always a challenge
in an industrial facility. Phillips &
Associates has managed this facility for over 15
years with no fines or performance violations. |
